    How we handle your information

    • We store your request, contact details and files to evaluate your project and talk to you about it. We don't use them for marketing or share them with third parties.
    • Your files are kept in private storage that only our team can access, and you can open them from your private project page.
    • If you use the optional AI assistant, only the project text you typed (not your name, email or files) is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Our team may also use AI to prepare an internal, preliminary review of your request.
    • You can ask us to delete your request at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
